This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion. From the base which I designed, and made from buckram and wired the edge. Each piece is lined the same way I line my hats.
My inspiration for this fascinator was the color purple and the rhinestone peacock. I made the feather pad from coque feathers and a large peacock feather.
