This one of a kind fascinator headpiece has been completely made by me, the teacup milliner. My pieces are designed and made the same way I make my hats, in full millinery fashion.
This piece came about because of some very unique fabric that was sent to me from England. The fabric was see-through and reminded me of a mermaid.
